Use cold water if you do it now spray some "shout out" on the stains to help it remove quickly, if you wait do the same thing but use hot water with baking soda added!. Good Luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have liquid detergent, pour some of it right on the stain before washing in cold water!. If you have powder detergent, make a paste with water and then put it on the stain!. Check to make sure the stain is gone before drying it, if not, repeat the procedure!. If you dry it before the stain is gone, it will set it!. Wash in COLD water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Soak the sheets in cold water (NOT hot as this will "set" the stain permanently) with either laundry detergent, Nappy San, or similar!. Then wash as you normally would - provided the stained sheets havn't been sitting there for a couple of days, the stain should come out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
