Question: Is there any healthy way to let out your depression and anger!?
I am having lots of rough days lately, and I always feel like suicide!. (I feel fine now though!.!.!.) Lonelyness, stress, and just life overall!. I know suicide is not the answer, but is there any way I can help my depression and anger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First be sure its in response to the rough days, otherwise you should see a shrink!.

Short term solution: Physical and low stress activities!. Gardening and playing/listening to music make me feel better!. Try taking some deep breaths, maybe listening to enya and drinking hot tea!.

Long term help involves more philosophical type stuff, without knowing what is causing the rough times, I would suggest making sure you do everything you should do and then learn not to worry about what you can't do!.

If there is something just eating you up (often an STD or disability), do all you can then accept it, play within the rules of life that you can't change!.

you know there is a lot of methods for handling depression , i have been seeing a therapist for weekly sessions for about 9 months to a year and it has helped greatly !. Something else that has helped a lot is going to the gym and just pedal away for an hour !. exercising bring endorphines out of your glands and into the rest of the body giving you an overall good feeling , although tired by the time im done at the gym i feel much beter mentally and just getting out of the house helps a lot too!. maybe figuring out things that make you happy and then seaching out oppurtunities to do those things would be good for you , got any hobbies!?!? maybe a nice cup of coffee with a friend could be the thing you need !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no way i can speak for you, but for me!. I thought of suicide everyday for the past year!. When I woke i thought Da!!!!! another day I woke up!. I cried myself to sleep!. I felt no one cared!. I am 45 yrs old and married for 6 yrs!. I have 3 daughters 16,18,21 and 3 step kids 27,26,15!. I am always busy, never time for myself!. It got to the point I actually was gonna over dose, but I thought of my 18 yr old and what she would go thru if she found out I died!. it would ruin her, why should I make someone else suffer just so i can't be here to see her graduate, get married see my grand kids!. So I started making myself laugh more, and just keep smiling!. When I feel down, I put on music and alot of times I run!. Running helps me feel better and I lost 20 lbs!. So i make it a point everyday that I can control how I feel, it is my brain!. I make it a point to not let myself get down, when I start feeling that way, i just smile, it make my family wonder what I'm thinking!.

I do breathing excersies a lot
Breathe in for 8 counts, hold for 8 counts, let out for 8 counts!. That helps a lot!
Also, excersising, or doing something you really enjoy (reading a book, sewing, some other hobby!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
