How much calcium should an "average" young woman intake daily?!


Question: How much calcium should an "average" young woman intake daily!?
I've always known to drink my milk, and start early to prevent osteoperosis, and what not, but, I was just wondering how much milk and/or dairy products should i eat/drink on a daily basis!? Lets say the age between 18-30!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Between 1000 and 1200 mg of calcium per day is a good recommendation!.
I don't eat dairy products, so I take a supplement or eat other foods high in calcium like broccoli!.
