Regular, adult strength Tylenol is perfectly safe to take while breastfeeding!. It won't hurt the baby!. Shoot, they gave me Percocet after my C-section and I was breastfeeding, and I was also given Tylenol 3 for severe headaches!. It is also safe to take during pregnancy!. I would NOT suggest taking any medicine while you are breast feeding!. Everything you take will go right to your baby!. I am breastfeeding and have not even taken a tylenol for a headache!. I love my baby way too much to put those toxic chemicals into my milk to pass to him!. Just deal with the pain!.!.your baby will be much healthier in the long run! Some fever reducers are safe to take during breastfeeding!. Read the package the medicine came in or call the nurse or doctor on duty!. That's the safest bet for a 100% correct answer!.
