Pain During Sex...frustrated...?!

Question: Pain During Sex!.!.!.frustrated!.!.!.!?
I have posted on this board before regarding problems with chronic yeast infections!. About a month ago I went back to my OBGYN for my yearly and they tested me for anything and everything just to be safe!. I have only had one partner and have been with him for 5 years!.!.!.but just wanted to be on the safe side!. Anyway, all of the tests came back ok, even the culture for yeast!. She did tell me though that there was some, and that she thought it was just part of my vaginal makeup which i thought seemed like a bit of a "we just don't know what to do for you anymore thing!."

I also talked to her about the discomfort I was having during sex!. I was having a hard time describing it!.!.!.and she basicly told me there was either 3 types!. And that she thought I just had a psychological problem!?! It has gotten worse since then, it use to just be some pressure at first, but now it has become unbareable!. Its like a rare, pressure type feeling on the top part of the inside of my vagina, where they say!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, I come from a history of women with terrible reproductive problems, so please please get a second opinion!. sex is not supposed to hurt!.

also, you may try using different positions!. i had a lot of pain during sex for about a year straight (just out of the blue it started hurting me) try positions that will stimulate other parts of you, like get on all fours and let your bf penetrate from behind!. also if your used to the "missionary" position try putting a pillow under your butt, this changes the angles and can sometimes feel better!.

also, (and yes i know this will sound weird, but I'm serious!) if you are constipated or have any type of bowel problems, it can cause pain during sex!. i finally figured out that was my problem!.!.!.

sorry this was so long, i hope i helped!. good luck Hun =]

first off I can't understand what the **** your saying!. second you prolly cant understand I'm saying, and thirdly most importantly, is your boyfriend circumsized!?!? there problem solved dum dum!. if not welll how old are you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps it's the way he's doing you!. Perhaps if he works higher on the clit, it's would feel different!. I'd recommend doggie and/or sidesways penetration as well!. And warming lube!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow, i'm in the same boat!. i'm having the same problem!. don't really know what to doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have painful periods!? You could have endometriosis and not know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm!. it could be that your boyfriend and you are actually passing the yeast infection back and forth!. has he been checked out too!?

as far as the pain goes, it could mean a few things - in a very rare case it could be psychological, but i doubt thats what it is!. Some women have a slanted uterus, so certain positions are better than others - you should try to experiment with your boyfriend!.

Im sorry its likes this for you, it should be a nice experience - try to make sure your boyfriend is going slow and your taking your time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Poor you, sex should be great, don't ever give up till it is again!.
Often doctors who are treating one problem don't tackle another one!. That doesn't mean your symptoms are "psychological" nor does it mean they are not!.

You need to start again with another health professional!. Perhaps a talk with another GP if your practice has more than one!. Or get an appointment with the nurse based at the same surgery!. All you are trying to achieve at this point is to draw a line under the past problems re yeast infections and start again discussing discomfort during sex!. Then take it from there!.
Hope this helps!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah- for the chronic yeast infections- eat yogurt twice a day and don't over do the cleaning products!.- (iukwim)

for the labial or clitoral pressure- you may actually check with a plastic surgeon who does sexual reassignment surgery- they may be able to tell you what this is- pain is not always psychological- he may be bruising you there or you may have an android pelvis and this is causing pain!.!.!.

personally I would find a GYN that listens- doctors are not infallible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
