Can losing weight bring you down a bra size or two?!

Question: Can losing weight bring you down a bra size or two!?
or is it just a story!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, the story is true!. In a lot of women, their breasts are made of fat!. When these women lose weightm the first thing to go is the fat in their breasts!. Don't ask me why, that's just the way it happens!. Women who are physically fit and active have breasts with not much fat, just breasts tissue!. Because they're not made of much fat, they will not shrink much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes! Very true! I work at a gym and see this quite a bit with woman!. Make sure your doing chest exercises and not just losing the fat!. You want to have some muscle there so that they are perky and not just flabby and kind of saggy! Which is what a lot of women do: cardio and no weights!. You don't have to lift a lot, just low weight amount with a lot of reps in each set!. A trainer at a gym should be able to help you!. But you can lose cup size, depending on the amount of fat in your breasts!. This is very common! Good luck and stay with it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can, but depends if you have fatty tissue or glandular tissue in your breasts!. I lost 50 pounds last year and went from a 42 J to a 38 J!. I have very glandular breasts, so I didn't loose any from the cup!. I have a friend who dieted and lost 2 cup sizes in 6 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does depend on a few different physical issues, mainly the fat content of the breasts themselves!. But it never seems to fail, for us women; when we gain weight, we gain it in our butts first, but when we lose it, we lose it in our chest first!.!.!.!.!.!. now how is that fair!?!?!?!?!? ;!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
