make sure you are wearing cotton tight trouser or leggings, don't wear trousers that can give you friction burn or baggy jogging bottom's, and make sure if they are new trousers you wash them first because the ink can react when your legs are a little sweaty!. Cotton is the best thing to wear, also give the exercise a little break to let the soreness heal properly, i have had this problem, if you continue to exercise whilst your legs are in that condition, they will begin to feel like you have server sun burn and will give you cold shivers from where it stings so much, also the hot weather does not help at all, stay away from tights and skirts for a little while!. Hope this helps, Best Wishes Ellie!.xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
