I read your last question just now, and the answers!.
I want to add that a condition called PCOS can be the reason for irregular or no periods, or just hormonal problems in general!. You should be seeing a good gynecologist and get some testing done!.

Yes, not having periods is not a good thing (though not going through the hassle seems like a bonus!.!.!.!.)!. A woman's body is designed to have them!. Also, there's a good chance that not having them now would seriously impair future fertility for you!.
Metabolic disorders
Much bigger risk for osteoporosis and skeletal problems!. Increasing calcium does NOT make up for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i also suffer from it, it can be a symtom of pcos which i have, basically you need a egg to have a period so no eggs no babies, so it can cause trouble with fertility but when you plan for a baby a doctor can give you medication to produce ovulation!. also weight gain and can be hormonal!.
a more serious is a build up of the womb lining called endometis which can make concieving difficult, but this can be sorted by using a contraceptive pill to help shed the womb lining!.
tell your doctor or practice nurse and ask for more advice and to run tests to see if theres a underlining cause such as pcos or being under or over weight which can also stop your periods
