Should I start working out again when my period's over?!


Question: Should I start working out again when my period's over!?
I've been feeling so guilty lol, I just got my period and I've been eating soo much!. And that's not me, I've been eating so much ice cream!.!.candy!.!.!.!.mac and cheese! Well is it safe to exercise while im on it!?
Or should I just wait!?
Is it alright just to take long walks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it is safe!. especailly to walk and jog!. For some it actually helps with bloating and cramps!. Being active helps me when im on!. i have neve heard anything about not exercising while on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol if you really wanted to you could continue running becuase well some ppl wuld say that it helps with cramps and stuff, which i do believe is right and also for me it makes my period go away faster or idk it seems like it does because before when i first got it i didnt run as much as i do now and it laster longer, now its shorter so yeah!.

but it also culd just be irregular!.
so yes, its okay to take long walks and or run if you feel like it!.

if you've been exercising before your period, then there's no reason you can't continue during--in fact, it helps with the cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

TRY and cut back on the junk food, I'd just wait til it's over, so you can not have a well mess :|Www@Answer-Health@Com
