Your Mom is opening the door for the discussion!. Tell her you want to go and get an exam and start on the Pill!. You will get a regular period and you will have clear skin!.
"Mom, I think it's time for me to start getting yearly Pap tests!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depaends on how old you are!. If your 16 or 18, I forget which one, you can go to the doctor yourself!. I told my parents that my period wasn't regular so they would finally let me go get it!. Being a parent now, I'm all for telling your parents the truth, but if they are the church going type then, tthey might not agree to you being sexually active!. Hey if you're going to be then please be careful! Birth control is not the only protection you will need!. That's one big mistake that can never be undone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well dont have sex early on!. its not worth it!. you shouldnt have sex because you really like them!. you should have it because you have no doubt in your mind that you wont regret it and you actually want to give it up to this guy!. but anyways, you should talk to your doctor and have him/her talk to your mom about it!. thats what my doctor did, but it was to regulate my period!. i have a boyfriend too so she was kind suspiscious!. i never went on it because im fine now!. but make a promise to them that you wont have sex or something and maybe they'll feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

planned parenthood, or look up a women's health clinic near you!. you can try talking to your mom about it, but use your best judgement!. she might not want to hear that you're interested in sex, no matter how well-meaning and responsible you are!. (and trust me, that you want to go on birth control is a mature step--but always get std tests and insist on seeing a copy of your partner's test result--especially if you're not using condoms!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are many reasons to go on birth control besides being sexually active, such as bad cramps, heavy flow, to regulate your period if it is irregular, go relieve mood problems associated with PMS!.!.!.!.if you're not comfortable discussing that you want to be prepared for sex with your mother, then try using one of those reasons!. Planned parenthood will give it to you but it can cost a good chunk of money, so!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your parents are correct!. What people don't tell you are what complications birth control pills have in the future (heart disease, etc!.)!. The doctor recommended them for me (I had ovarian cysts, slightly irregular periods, and horrible cramps), and my mom refused unless the cysts didn't go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are many other benefits of birth control, such as regulated periods and acne treatment!. convince your mom to discuss this with you and your doctor, most doctors would recommend it for teenage girls, even if they aren't having intercourse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can have the conversation with your parents then your mom is ok with you doing it just have her take you!. But you should always use a condom!.!.!.! Also only have sex if it is real love!.!.!. I found the most rewarding sex came after i was married!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit down and explain your feelings to your mom!.!.!.!.
if she still doesnt see a reason!.!.!. then in certain states , you can go for it alone w/o a parent consent at 14 years old!.!.!.

there are other birth control methods for just in case!.!.!. you could carry condoms!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get it on your own if they won't listen to you!. Protect yourself, also don't forget the condom if he isn't a virgin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell her you have real feelings for this guy, and bring acondom!. Your mom will understand if you tel her thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's normal for parents to resist the idea of their baby girls to be on birth control, but they should realize that you're going to them for help and they need not be so concerned!.

try to sit down just you and your mom and tell her your whole situation (if you are comfortable with that)!. just tell her that you're going to her for advice because you love her and are genuinely asking for help and you feel as if she's not listening!.

if that doesn't work, Planned Parenthood offers birth control for people in your exact shoes - when you're ready to be responsible but your parents don't quite understand (which is also okay)!. you can go to their website and they have a ton of information i'm sure you'll find useful!.

good luck and i hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
