Question: Is this my first period!?!?!?!?
i am tweleve and i havent had my period yet unless this is it!. when i went to go to the bathroom today, i saw red and brown stuff!. it was going all day and yesterday i had a lower stomache cramp for an hour and a half!. is this my first period!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure to wear pads on your panty so it won't get dirty and mess up!. If you want you can keep track of the date every time you have your periods cause since you had 1 today the next 1 is suppose to come next month same time!. You don't have to keep track but that's if you want!. That's all up to you ! Also if you take a Tylenol pill or 2 the pain goes away but that's all up to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeahhh girlyyy!. that's your period for suree!. usually you'll get cramps and headaches a couple days before and during your period!. you're very young though too bad because having your period sucks!. your boobs get sore, you have the worst cramps as you get older, you get bloated, and sometimes you wont know what day it will come and it will stain your panties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
