Question: How can i make my breast smaller with exercise!?
i'm getting married in august and i'm a size 14 which is my dress size (or would love to be) the size 14 dress fits perfectly but it's too tight on my breast because i'm a 36DDD!. The lady told me that a 14w would fit but i don't want to order the 14w!. It might be mental but i want to get in the 14!. I need to try to make my breast smaller so i could get in the 14!.

Don't buy a dress expecting to loose the breast size! You can always have a dress altered to fit if you do loose the weight, but not if you don't loose it and your dress is still too small!.

In my opinion, if you want to loose enough breast size for august, you may want to consider breast reduction surgery!. I would consult a doctor about it and find out what the health risks involved are and any suggestions that they have!.

My only recommendation is to try a minimizing bra!. Or see if you can get the dress altered to make the top a bit bigger!. Unfortunately, I haven't found any magic way to make my own breasts smaller!. No amount of exercise seems to do it!. If I lose weight, they stay the same size! I'm a 36 GG!. I don't know where you live, but I've found that North American bra companies do not make good bras for big chested women like us!. If you live in the US or Canada, I would recommend ordering a minimizing bra online from England instead of trying to get one locally!. I recommend these two websites:

They have pretty cheap shipping, and you can return them if they don't fit right!. Just get a couple of minimizers that have good reviews, order them, try them on, and send them back if they don't work right!. I've never actually had to send one back, though, because there's usually enough info to figure out what will work!. Bras I've gotten from there have helped me fit into tops and dresses that I couldn't fit into!. They really know how to make decent underwear over there!.
