Ibuprofen works the best!. It is the only pain reliever I know of that also helps reduce inflammation!. It is also great for sinus headaches if you ever get those!. It is marketed as Advil, Motrin or also just Ibuprofen in generic form!. If your cramps are really bad I suggest asking your doctor for a stronger form of Ibuprofen!. They have some that are much higher strength that can last up to 12 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no pills!. fold a pillow in half lengthwise and lay on your belly with the pillow under your belly so it puts a little pressure there!. the cramps will pass in like ten minutes!. works everytime for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
Midol, it stops other period symptoms (when I'm cranky, bloated, etc!.) as well as cramps!. I've foudn it works best because it's mafe just for periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
