Question: Those who have or worked to get a flat tummy!?
Do you still bloat easily!? What exercises do you do!? How many times a week!? If you eat a lot one day, does that reverse all your hard work for a long time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you have to do alot of cardio to burn fat a lot of crunches to tone and you have to eat to build muscle to create that toned look if you dont eat your body will eat your muscle first and you wont have that toned trim look!. i eat whatever i want but i do limit sweets and fried foods and dont overeat keep it at ,at least 1200 to 1400 a day!.oh and work on your tummy as in crunches at least 5 min a day and cardio at least 30 mins a day!.at least 3 to 4 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lie on ur back and raise ur legs 25 times!. Do 25 situps and 25 jumping jacks and rest ur back against the wall and bend ur legs as if ur sittin on a chair!. stay there as long as u can work ur way up to 30 seconds!. Do those 4 exercises everyday!. OR buy a 20min pilates workout tape!. fast and effective!. Stop drinking juice everyday (once a week is gd), cut down on salt, take one sugar in ur tea and eat dessert only once a week!. It wud be gd to alternate pilates/exercises with power walkin for 30 mins every other day! Sounds like u just need a healthier lifestyle! You will be so much happier and energetic for it! There are alot of variables with food and exercise and even trained, lean abs need good plenty of good protein to recover and strengthen!. Bloating can mean too much sodium chloride, salt, but can sometimes indicate: your eating too much! Learn to be satisfied with a stereotypical flat-tummied woman's portion of lean, clean foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
