Unwanted extras?!


Question: Unwanted extras!?
Im 15years old, and i am unhappy with my breast size!.
i feel they are too large and they in fact make me appear fatter then i actually am!. everyone tells me " girls would kill for it" but im self conscious when it comes to it!. i just want to know if theres anything i can do to reduce size becuase i have been working out for 3 months so far and ive only dropped five pounds and it did not affect my chest area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All of us have some body part that we don't like!. You name a part of the body and there will be someone out there that dislikes theirs!.

You're lucky that the part that you dislike is actually socially desirable!. From what you've written they don't cause you back pain or anything like that, you feel that they make you feel fatter than you are!.

Rather than resort to surgery or anything major like that, work on lengthening and toning exercises such as yoga and pilates and learn how to dress to minimise your bust, including choosing the right bra!.

The girls behind "What Not To Wear", Trinny and Susannah, dedicate a lot to this area, so maybe pick up one of their books or watch their programme!.

Whatever you do, don't hunch over to hide your bust!. Stand tall and straight!. Nothing makes you look fatter than bad posture!.

It probably doesn't feel like it now, but in a few years, if you just come to accept that this is the way you are built and that you're fit and healthy, then the self-consciousness will fade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely by working out your breast size won't change, unless you carry excess weight (fat) on or around them!. You could try some upper body exercises to keep them firm, but other than that you might want to talk to your Mom and see if there is anyway for a breast reduction!. If it is medically necessary insurance will often times pay for it!. So start complaining of severe back aches!. When you lose weight it does effect the breast size!. I know b/c i went up a cup size when i gained 30 lbs!. A balanced diet and the right exercises can help - ask a doctor or personal trainer what you can do that will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
