I think its because sex is stigmatized and moralized in this country!.
Its like watching porn and feeling pathetic that you can't get that in real life and masturbating is like humiliating because you are doing it yourself, alone and with thoughts about someone that are very private and often very graphic and unrealistic!.
I guess it just doesn't feel right for girls or boys!. I know I don't like the feeling afterwards and I do feel guilty because I didn't want to think of people in just that way, just sex, no reality, no loving!. Before I was dumped, I imagined holding my girlfriend all the time and wouldn't go off and masturbate because I didn't want to just make the relationship about sex!. She dumped me though because she said I was too much for her, loving her too much and everything, so now I think it just makes sense to do what feels normal!. I just don't like masturbating that much anymore, I used to a lot but then I met someone who I fell in love with and everything changed after that moment and I rarely masturbate now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i certainly don't nor do my lady friends!. some deeply religious people feel that thoughts are equivalent to actions so if they fantasize during the act, it is the equivalent to committing adultery!. hope that helped!. personally don't think it's anything to feel guilty or ashamed about!.perfectly normal and most people do it even if they don't admit it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
