you didn't mention if you are using pads or tampons!. pads are notorious for trapping everything against your body!. toilot tissue is a huge culprit!. use only the one with the bear dancing around the tree!. get it!. i don't want to seem to be indorsing product!. second, pull up on each side and expose the glands under your clitoral hood!. get warm soap and water and clean any exudate(white creamy stuff, away from inner structures!. do this 2 or 3 times a day!. if area is very sensitive, put a little vaseline to protect!. hope this helps!. if it persists, you may have a little yeast infec!. but follow up with the doc if it doesn't go away!. sv P!.S!. thongs are known to bind up too tight, give those a break, always wear cotton crotch undies, whatever kind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
