You're probably anemic!. Here, check this out:

It's not usually a life threatening thing, and it does run in families!. So ask your parents if anyone related to you has anemia, and you probably do too!. It runs in my family and I've got it too, so don't worry!. My friends grandmother is anemic and she takes iron tablets, and that helps usually!. But if it gets really really bad, as in you pass out at random times, sitting or standing up, then I'd go see a doctor!.

Also, it could also not be anemia, but the sudden elevation change can do it too!. If you stand up too fast and are dizzy, you may have low blood pressure, in which case you should probably talk to your doctor if it gets worse!. Again, this happens to me and a lot of people I know, so it isn't too much to worry about, unless it's significantly effecting your daily life!.

Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if its been happening for over 4 years, i would go and see a doctor!. it could be something easily rectifyable, but there is a chance it could be something serious

it sounds like it may be something to do with blood pressure, so go and get it checked out!. i had something a little similar but it turned out to be nothing, but better safe than sorry

good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
