Horrible Flu-like symptoms-COULD IT BE PMS?!
Question: Horrible Flu-like symptoms-COULD IT BE PMS!?
Yesterday, I had the most horrible aches and pains!. EVERYTHING hurt from my ankles to my neck, with a migraine headache to top it off!. I felt nauseous and dizzy the whole day and all I could do (even though I was FORCED TO GO TO SCHOOL!.!.!. luckily my teachers were understanding x_x) was to writhe in pain, occasionally run to the bathroom because I felt like I was about to throw up and sleep fitfully!. I didn't have a fever although I felt like I was burning up all day!. I am fine now but-AHA I've started my period!.
This has happened to me a few times before, but I never thought to check if it correlated with my periods!. This time, it did, and I know aches, nausea, and hot flashes can be caused my hormones!. It felt like the flu but it was over in a day, plus it is summer so I highly doubt it was the flu but!.!.!.
What do you think!? Was it simply the WORST PMS OF MY LIFE!? Or something else!? D=Www@Answer-Health@Com
