Please don't listen to the other answers!. Most women who get breast implants can still breastfeed, but what matters most is how the surgery is done!. If they make an incision around the areola, this can sever milk ducts and make breastfeeding harder or impossible!. If the incisions are made under the breast or in the arm pit, then less ducts are cut, improving the chances of successful breastfeeding!.
