What does it mean you are sick before a period?!
Question: What does it mean you are sick before a period!?
for the past 2 months have been sick before a period i am 27 years old!. i am dreading next month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could mean several things:
1) you have not been eating properly
2) you have been over exercising
3) you are stressing about having your period or during the time before you are about to start your menses
What you eat, drink, stressing and exercise all affects your menses!. If you have not been eating enough your menses will be affected!.
Think of it this way, if a couple days to a week before your menses starts you are not eating enough or the lacking the right nutrients your body will respond negatively!. Your menses is 'technically' an non baby, the nutrients and materials needed in having been a baby, and If you had been pregnant!.!.!. you know that your body will take from you to provide for that baby!.!.!. the same with this 'non baby'!. Ergo to make this 'non baby' your body is working hard at getting the materials together and you are not making its job easier!.!.!. so that is why you are feeling sick, because your body is taking more from you at that particular time and working hard to make the 'non baby'!.
Also sometimes you may tend to be more physical stressful or mentally stressful to your body during that time of your menstral cycle and you are feeling the affects of that extra physical/mental stress!.

i get nascious &really emotional a few days before my period and i get pre-cramps is what i like to call them!.
talk to your doctor i personally just take tylenol whenever that happens and it usually works!. drink milk too, [it works for me at least]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some women just get sick before their periods there are prescription medications you can take to control your period side affects so I would go see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
