Question: Inverted Nipples (Women only, please!)!?
Hello :) Now, I know that a nipple becoming inverted can be a sign of breast cancer, but I am 21 and for as long as I can remember, my right nipple has been inverted!. But I do not know when it became inverted, but it must have done at some point! If you get me!? It is not constantly inverted, when I am cold and my other nipple is erect, the right one is too, most of the time!. BUT they are not always erect together!. Lol, it is quite confusing! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Like the first answerer said, you should go see a doctor about this to put your mind at ease!. Like you say, it can be a symptom of breast cancer and it's important that people are aware of this, but it can also be due to lots of other things!.
In your case, you are 21, and have had this for a long time, probably from birth and it has only become more noticable as you have matured!. This is a fairly common phenomenon, as I understand!.
Some women have cosmetic surgery to correct it, others try certain manipulation of the tissue to loosen it (as this is what causes the protraction), but these are things best discussed with a health professional!.
Go get checked out, it's always good to be overly cautious -

Most likely, it's nothing!.

It was negative!.
If you really feel the need to get it checked out, please, be my guest!.
But it's really most likely nothing!.
If you have had a sufficiently healthy life, it's just an inverted nipple!
Many of my friends have inverted nipples!.

I saw about this on the ITV programme "This Morning" with Dr!. Chris
he said anyone who has this shoudl just go see your local doctor
it could be nothing
but it could be something
i dont think anyone on here could tell you what it is
i just suggest making an appointment on monday morning
