Question: Bad period like pains but not on my period!? Constipation!?
I have been having bad cramping in my belly that feels exactly like period pains but I come off my period last week!? I did a home pregnancy test because I have also been feeling dizzy and having headaches but it was negative so am not pregnant!. I have been a little stressed lately wether that could have anything to do with it!? Also my last period (last week) I was only on for 2 days - since the birth of my daughter 6 months ago my periods arent very regular!. I have been taking Co-codamol for an injury for the last few months and this can make you constipated!. Do constipation pains feel like period pains!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a UTI infection!. I had the same pains except I could urinate without major pain!. I say filter your system with cranberry juice and water for two or three days!. If the pains persist, then see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It certainly COULD be constipation -as those type of medications are condusive to the condition - but you would be better to check with your Doc since you have other symptoms (typically not related to constipation)!. You may have an infection that needs treatment!.
