I had sex for the first time ever on friday!.
IT was very painfull, and i never thought it would be this bad!.
I couldn't do anything special, like erotic moves, and he couldn't go fast at all!. My first qouestion is!.!.!.!.
Will it ever get better!?
Is there a way for sex not to be painfull the next time!?
and is it normal for me to feel pain AFTER sex!?

sex can be quite painful the first time!. Especially if your hymen was intact!. Yes it does get better as you become more comfortable with you sexuality and your partner!. I would suggest spending more time doing foreplay without the pressure to have sex!. Just enjoy the touching and if it leads to you actually wanting to have sex then do it (use protection) but if you dont want to then dont!. Also using a lubricant will make things alot more comfortable!.

Forget everything you see in movies, because that is not what it's really like!. First off, it's going to be very painful if you're not ready for it!. You need to have a lot of foreplay so your vagina expands and becomes wet, preparing you for penetration!. Also, it does take time for you to get used to the feeling!. You can also help yourself by using a bit of water-based lubricant as well!. first of all everyones first time is awkward, and a lot of people have a very painful experience - so that's totally normal!!! And yes it does get better - honestly - the more you do it - just trust me!!! lol the fancy stuff will come later!.
