if you are in the UK you could call the NHS direct line on 0845 4647 and they can give you adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

The change in your diet, weight loss and stress could all contribute to you having missed your period!. If you have went on a vegetarian diet it could be a sign that you are not getting enough iron and are probably anaemic, so eats lots of foods high in iron like broccoli and eggs!. Keep exercising though as this probably has nothing to do with the missed periods!. If still worried after missing another period make an appointment to see your GP and he should be able to give you some reassurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dear I am a man but it makes no just a Little different I think
you should bring all the things that you are using to lose the
wait & let a Doctor him or her take a look on every thing!. Even then I think you have lost that wait too quick but go to the Doctor soon!. For some reason or the other I believe you that you are
not doing any thing to get pregnant so you will be OK!. Just do not keep it
to your self you should go to the person who can help you & it's the doctor!. By the way where is mother!?!? why don't you ask her!?!?!?!?!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 reasons one the amount of weight lost and your age!. If it continues go and see your doctor about your weight loss, they will be able to give you a diet plan that will help your body and missing periods until you are early 20's is very common!. Try missing them for 4 months then having 4 months of period in one 10 day stretch!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. That is not fun, but I live with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weightloss, lifestyle change, diet, stress, hormones, and meds can cause it!. You may want to have it checked out though, because I know a change in periods can mean something serious could be wrong!. It may not be anything serious at all, but you may want to see your doctor/gynocologist anyway just to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you become athletic, really active, have a bad diet or worse, your period may get delayed!.
for example, girls with eating disorders usually get a messed up cycle because they aren't eating properly enough!. are you!? i hope so!. you may have something going on with your body as well!. i highly suggest speaking with your doctor!. you may get some closure!. however, you may just have an irregular period that comes and goes whenever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are many reasons!.

if you are underweight

a diet change

change in sports and activities

there are type of internal infections or problems that may be a cause!.

I advise you too consult your doctor but there is nothing really to worry about

in time they will come back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress or the start of the menopause can interfere with periods!. I had a very stressful time in my life about 5 years ago and i missed 3 periods, i knew i wasnt pregnant too, and ive known other women who have been the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are still young, you can be really irregular!. Like when i first started, i was on the 1st of the month EVERY month for like a year!. And now im all over the place so i wouldnt worry about it unless it continues then see ur docWww@Answer-Health@Com

depends on your age, if over a cerrtain age could be menopause, and you can get a hormone test to determine that, if not then perhaps if it goes on see a doctor

so not menopause, see a doctor because this could be any number of things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you more stressed than usual!?!?

How old are you!? Could you be starting perimenopause!? Some women start going through perimenopause in their 30s!. Often the first sign will be missed periods or them changing in some way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be the weight loss! It could be stress aswell!.

Also if you have been drinking alcohol!. I know when I used to drink it would be late!.

If you are concerned go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
