Answers:
You need to put it up farther most likely!. Take it out and seriously push it up there, its impossible to put it too high so just try again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it's too big for you!. I would suggest getting the smallest size you can and trying that!. Don't try to shove it as far as you can, just put the applicator almost all the way in and push the tampon in, not too far in, just enough!. If it still feels unbarably uncomfortable after you tried these things I would suggest sticking to pads and panty liners!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons are very dry and hard when they come out of the applicator!. Even though you are not supposed to feel them this is your first time and it just might take some time to get used to having something inside you!.

Re-read the instructions on the box or ask your Mom for advice to make sure you are inserting them properly!. It could be that you let the tampon applicator slip down, or didn't insert it deep enough before you pushed the plunger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Insertion is easiest during a heavy menstrual flow!. You can read the instructions http://www!.beinggirl!.com/en_US/goods_tam!.!.!. This really will help with your insertion!. But if you are doing it all right and still cannot insert a tampon it may be that your hymen, the thin membrane that partially covers and protects the opening to your vagina may be too small or too tight to allow the tampon in!. If this is the problem you may have to stretch this opening!. You can try with a little bit of water soluble gel on the tip of the applicator!.!.!.the more you practice the more you will stretch the hymen!. If you cannot stretch it yourself, you may want to ask your health care professional for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay, i dont even have my period but i do know tons about it cuz im 13 haha and tons of my friends have theirs!. you probably shuld take it out, and try to re-insert new ones a ton of times because if it feels uncomfortable like that, you could get TSS which is very bad!. just keep trying and you'll get it!. they say its good to put it in at an angle!. hope the tampons work out for you (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have it in wrong!!.!.!.the only thing you can do if you are already using the smallest kind is to take it out and re-try with NEW ONE!.!.!.!.again and again until you get it right!.!.!.!.did you read the instructions that come with them!?!.!.!.that would be a good idea and make sure its at an angle!.!.!.!.again read the instrucions carefully and follow them to a TWww@Answer-Health@Com

When it's inserted right you shouldn't feel a thing :)
Chances are you put it in wrong so it's poking one of the walls in your vagina !. It happens all the time , don't worry !. Just take out a new tampon and try again !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you still may be putting it in wrong!. try sitting on the toilet or putting one foot on the toilet seat!. make sure you are relaxed before hand too!. also make sure your putting it in at an angle rather than straight over or straight up and pushing it in as far as possibleWww@Answer-Health@Com

The first couple of times can be uncomfortable since it is not a normal feeling!. If it still bothers you stick to pads and try another time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have inserted it wrong!. Read the instructions! Keep practicing and you will know when it doesn't feel right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
