Yeah, there's a chance that it could happen!. Actually, you really aren't protected that much more than having actual intercourse that way!. Sperm are very very very very tiny and can easily pass through the woven fabric of your underwear!. Also, you can still get STD's this way, so maybe next time wear a condom or don't let him ejaculate on your underwear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
