when i'm ovulating, I have this annoying tugging feeling on my upper back!. I feel like I have this knot between my should blade and the tightness can be felt up my neck and on the lowe part of my head!. Like a long tight knotted muscles!.!.!.Anyone else with this problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
