Question: Never-ending Period!!!!?
I've had my period since November!. I've tried EVERYTHING and it just won't go away! I've seen 2 doctors, had ultrasounds and a D&C!. Two weeks after the D&C I was still bleeding and my doctor couldn't figure out why b/c he said he "scraped everything out!." Then I was diagnosed with PCOS and saw a different doctor who specializes in that!. She put me on Provera pills to stop the bleeding which never worked!. Then she put me on Yasmin which I was on for 2 months skipping placebos and still kept bleeding!. Now she's got me on Necon!. I've been taking 4/day for 3 days, 3/day for 3 days and so on and she told me to do 3 packs skipping all placebos!. I only have a few left and I'M STILL BLEEDING! :( Has this happened to anybody else!?!?!? What do I do!?!? This is seriously interfering with my life! Please help!

I do not know ur age but I do know that they have to stop the bleeding!. If they do not you will have to get something done!. They can remove the lining of ur uterus! Do u have children!? It sounds like they may have to do a hysterectomy!. It is for sure not normal!. Can you think back to anything that u started doing different in november when ur periods started!? I dont know what PCOS is!?!?!?!? Can u tell me!? I hope ur taking vitamins!. My daughter did this and ended up having a blood transfusion but once she had the D and C the bleeding stopped!. My niece is now doing it and she, like you!.!. won't stop bleeding!. The D and C didnt work for her either!. So now they remove the lining of her uterus and she wont be able to have any more children!. I hope u get this taken care of soon!. Also have u tryed stopping all pills!. I could never take them!. Once I stopped taking them I returned to normal!. Best of luck to you!. I know this must be putting a big damper on ur sex life too!. If your doctor can't help you keep searching until you find one who can! Also follow your own instincts, you know when something is wrong, you know ur body better than anyone!. You need to keep seeing doctors, because this could become serious!. I had a friend who bled for 2 months!. One day she just passed out!. She was taken to the hospital and had to have a blood transfusion!. She's okay know, but that is something you definitely don't want to happen!. Get better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid!.

I had the same thing since october last year, its frustrating, i had ultra sounds and blood test etc to see what was happening, was tried on every prostegeon pill coz apparently my womb lining is too thick but nothing worked, 2 weeks ago i finally had enough and went off the pill, ive stopped bleeding just have to use condoms or something!.!.!. seriously the pill isnt for everyone so weigh up your options and talk to you doc about the mirena or something, i have finally been offered that choice however i have decided not to get it and just use condoms, ive bleed enough over the last 8 months to last me a lifetime and im only 23!. Sorry this isnt the awnser you prob wanted but thats what happened to me and i know how you feel!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
