Curious to why this happened?!

Question: Curious to why this happened!?
A few months ago i was dealing with some hard times with my boyfriend!. This lasted 4 days, and i was quite depressed and anxious!. I lost interest in eating due to those reasons!. Halfway through the second day i completely lost any will to eat and i wasn't hungry - at all!. For the next 2 days i still wasn't hungry!.
After the 4th day, and 4 days of eating absolutely nothing, my problems were solved and i was in decent state again!. Yet i still had no will to eat!.
It took me around 2 weeks to get into my usual eating routine!. Why did my body make me feel no hunger!? If anything, i felt full the entire time, although the rest of me was empty from pain and worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It happens whenever we are depressed or stressed about something!. It happens to everyone!.

But it'll pass through soon!. But you must understand that you must move forward with your life and not let negative events rule your life, which is a dangerous thing!.

You'll meet your life partner someday!. For every woman, there is a man and vice versa!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not eating causes your stomach to shrink down in size, so when you began to start eating again your stomch was smaller and it would have only taken small amounts to fill it so if you had a drink you would have felt full and not needed food, as you have started to eat more your stomach has expanded back and you would have started feeling hungry againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stress/depression has that effect on our bodies!. When Im upset I have no desire to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
