This is a symptom of LNS (leaky nipple syndrom)!. You need to go and talk to your doctor, it isn't too serious but your doctor will probably just have to give you a pair of nipple cups as your nipples will get increasingly leaky!.
On the plus side, the excess collected in the cups can be used as an excellent garden fertiliser!.

tht was not a zit!. it happened 2 me before 2, turns out i was just growing a 2nd penis, that white stuff is sperm!. don't worry, having a 2nd wiener is not that bad, in fact the ladies like it! hubbahubba!!!!! cept,mwhen it gets full grown it's all wrinkly and blue, that's when I had mines surgicaly cut off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it gets red, oozes, or becomes really itchy- it is probably infected!. Keep an eye on it and see a local GP!.
