Question: Pain in groin and leg have copper iud fitted!?

Hi all, I am just a bit worried!. My period stopped 1 day ago and today I have been having pain on the right side of my vagina near my ovaries area!. I have a copper iud fitted and am just wondering if maybe this is normal!.Also I had sex this morning maybe it was that!? The pain was bad earlier and I had to keep sitting down but I have took some painkillers and now its not so bad!. The pain also affected my right leg and my legs feel a bit weak!.
Any advice as to whats causing this would be appreciated!.
