Question: Well Child HELP exam i think it was unnessicary!!?

Well they did the basic stuff and then on top if it they had me on my stomach getting a rectal exam

I have never had a rectal exam as part of a routine annual exam, but I have had a rectal exam before because of something that was suspected to be wrong!.

Most of the time a doctor will not do a rectal exam as part of the routine exam unless they suspect something wrong!.

I would recommend letting your mom know what happened as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, we don`t know how old you are, but you refer to yourself as a CHILD, so I tend to think this was odd!. Where was your mother!? An adult had to be in the room!. These are the people you ask, and should`ve at the time!
Besides, I never heard of a 'rectal exam' being done on your STOMACH!.!.!.!.you have to be on your side!. So what gives!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
