I think my Doctor did some thing to me that he shouldn't have done.?!

Question: I think my Doctor did some thing to me that he shouldn't have done!.!?
I went to see the Doctor because i was leaking a strange discharge and wanted to know what it was!. When i got there and told him what was wrong he told me to take down my panties and lay on the bed so he could check it out!. Then he put his fingers inside of me!. I was not expecting that at all! After that he told me to put my pants back on and said there is nothing wrong and that was it!.!.!. I am still leaking this thick yellowish discharge and i am pretty sure he should of given me some thing to make it stop!. Is it wrong what he did to me!?
By the way i am 21 years old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't call the police!.!.!. that's slightly retarded!. I mean seriosuly!. General doctors do exams like that all the time to determine if it's something that needs to be sent to a specialist like an OB/GYN!. It's amazing how many women don't know what cervical mucus is, and think there' something wrong with them!.

It shouldn't be really yellow coming out but it can and does dry and stain your panties yellow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is he a gynocologist!? Even if he was he should had advised you that he was going to do that!.

Perhaps I'm spoiled by a good gynocologist but your doctors bedside manner is not the best!.

A doctor would have to exam you and sticking his fingers in is normal but he should explain the process in my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your doctor should have run some tests (i!.e!. take a swab of discharge, blood test, urine screen)!.

your doctor may not have necessarily inserted his fingers into your vagina in a nonprofessional way, but he certainly didn't do his job!.

there should have been another person in the room during the procedure (i!.e!. female nurse or medical assistant) and he should have run some tests to find the cause of the discharge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not sure if thats what they do when you have a problem , im like only 13, but what that stuff is is just like discharge!. i get the same stuff (i dont hav my period but eveyrone associates it with that, but w/e!.) and it's normal!. i was reading about it in health (whoopie) and they say that stuff is fine to get!. i think they have to do that anyway so they can see if theres an infection or anything up there!.!.good luck (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where was the female escort he's suppose to have to cover him when doing an internal examination!?
Stupid doctor , if he didn't have one because now he has opened himself up to a possible problem!.
You should also ensure you ask for one just incase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, that's part of a normal exam!. His was a little fast, but if you aren't having regular pap smears, get on it!! If you aren't having discomfort with the discharge (itching, pain) then I'd believe your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you don't feel that comfortable about it, call the police, not like you'll get in trouble for doing so, if they look into it an it was a mistake on your part for callnig them, no damage done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's normal, he's supposed to do that, it's a normal checkup!. Don't be afraid!. He's just a doctor, and it wasn't suggestive at all- it's in the routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At my doctors surgery if you see a male doctor and they need to do an examination like you had or even something else, they always get another member of staff to stand in the room!. That way if someone does complain there are witnesses and they can check that the doctor is following there guidelines!.

try seeing another doctor (female) and see if they do the same examination and can give you an answer!. If your still not happy then write a complaint to the head of the doctors surgery that you go to!. It might take a while to get answers but if it will put your mind at rest then it is the best thing to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He did nothing wrong in terms of examination!. Although he could have been more tact and inform you what he's about to do!. If you feel uncomfortable and still have the issue, I recommend you seek a different gynecologist that you feel comfortable with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
