In my sex ed class i was taught that it doesnt matter what time of the month it is, that you can still get preg!. it doesnt matter if you are on your time of the month or two weeks before!.
but by reading these answers, ive read some like you can only get pregnant on the 14 and 28th day of ovulation!.!.or something like that!.

You can get pregnant at any point during your cycle!. However, there are certain times when you are more likely to get pregnant, which is what people are referring to!. So you should never assume that you can't get pregnant at a certain time!. Also, a lot of people (especially teenagers) do not have very regular cycles, which makes it difficult to accurately determine exactly which day of your cycle you are on!. So unless you are trying to get pregnant, you should just stick with the basic idea that you can get pregnant at any time of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
In theory a women could potentially get pregnant at anytime during her cycle, including when she is on her period!.!.!.!. Now that being said, you have to realize that most of what they tell you in sex ed is a generalization!.!.!.!.!.!. That is they are taking ALL the averages and putting them together to give you generalized info!.!.!.For instance some womens cycle is 28 days while others are 32 days!.!.!.!. Statistically a women that has a 28 day cycle is most fertile on days 12 - 16 of that cycle!. But again this is just and average and for this very reason birth control should always be used and women shouldn't have unprotected sex unless you are trying to conceive!.!.!.!.
