It's that time of the month again!. *sob* All I wanna do is sit on the couch and blow my diet to h*ll by eating salty snacks while watching badly acted chick flicks about women finding true love despite impossible obstacles and use up a whole box of tissue because I keep on crying for no reason! !.!.!.and I keep on snapping at my hubby even though he went out and got me a green apple slush! I feel bad for being so grouchy with him! Ladies, how do you deal with this!? I went for a walk and played with my daughter in the park and I still feel awful! (and I'm crying again!.!.!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

A mild case of the "blues" can be fixed with a couple extra strength Midol, but yours seems a little extreme!. I do think a visit to your doctor can help you and your family!. You don't have to feel this way!. Make sure you are very specific about your problem so they diagnose it correctly and just don't blow it off!. This is important to your life!. You shouldn't feel this way 25% of every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When its that extreme, you may consider talking to your doctor and seeing if theres a pill she can put you on for you to take so it can control your emotion levels during your period and during PMS!. Women have been proven to actually be quite dangerous during these times if theyre to that extreme!. Meantime, just try to stay happy and try to eat fresh and light feeling foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow i know how you feel i do the same thing almost every month and it seems to be gettinh worse!. i think that if you feel like you are going to snap at your hubby take a deep breath before you speak to him!. dont blow your diet!!. hit the gym or go out for a message!. just relax take it easy and try "yaz"Www@Answer-Health@Com
