The pill has a way of making you pee a lot and it flushes out too much sodium!. The loss of sodium makes you unable to retain your water!. You may be menstruating right after you ovulate and then again when you are supposed to menstruate!.
Get some orange juice and start drinking it!. If you become terribly thirsty, you are terribly dehydrated!. That's a sign of an imbalance!. If you bloat that is another good sign!. Let it build up so you flush out that excess fluid!. If this isn't strong enough for you, get a sports drink, or better yet, get more soup in your diet!. Get something with healthy vegetables and vitamins!. It sounds like you could use it!.
If you get a backache, check your weight and see if you aren't bloating, retaining water and starting to go tender in your breasts!. If you are, get more sodium and flush that out!. If you start menstruating out of cycle, get the sodium and it should stop, but when it's time to do it, leave it out for a couple of days and let your system flush itself out!. Then, start up again!.
You should be weak and anemic, this could bring you down off an edgy and irritable high!. You could lose your appetite or crave junk food and binge eating!. Try and stay calm and relax!. Something sweet like orange juice could give you a terrible headache!. Your energy is low!. Try eating healthy!. Stay away from asprin and grape juice!. It will thin your blood and you could start again!. Get some acetaminophen before you start the sodium, about an hour ahead of time, so you don't cramp!. The cramps will make you start!.
Don't do too much for a couple of days and let's see how you feel after that!. I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
