I have always thought 18 years old is the cut off date for girls and 21 for guys!.!.!. my brother didnt stop growing till he was 24!. He had a massive groth spurt, went from 5"9 to 6"3 in about 2 years!.
Dont try any hormonal pills, they might make you taller but will also change you as a person, especially if you suffer with any kind of minor or major mental health problems!.

It's relevant to hormones as one gets mature the resposibilities of hormones alter as the one working for growth focuses on establishment of secondary sexual characters so it retards/ stops growth!.

Only in very rare cases!. Andre the Giant from wrestling fame suffered from a condition where he never stopped growing!. I believe it is the same for other rare giants like the tallest man ever recorded and the tallest living woman!.!.
