What is the scale for low, regular and high blood pressure?!

Question: What is the scale for low, regular and high blood pressure!?
My daughter in laws mother said she felt like she had a hot flash(she is going through her change)!. Afterward she said she felt tired and cold!. She said she took her blood pressure later (like an hour later at Walmart )and it was 88/158!. I have a good digital blood pressure monitor that I can lend her when I get it to her tomorrow to check but don't remember the scale!. I think she needs to go to the doctor and maybe if she kept an eye on it, she may go!. She has no insurance is part of the problem!.
She says she felt better this evening!. Could these be from the hot flash like she claims!? I think she should go to the docs anyway!.
She is 58 , slightly overwight!. Otherwise seemingly healty!. Does not smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The correct way to document blood pressure is systolic over diastolic meaning her reading is 158/88!.

Blood pressure follows as such:

Normal 120/80
Prehypertension 135/85
Hypertension 140/90

She should go to the doctor because hypertension is frequently associated with obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
