I have horrible Cramps?!

dont worry sweetie!. your not alone!.
i have mine so bad that when mine comes around i fall to the ground crying!.yeah not the best:)butt things that have worked that might work for you are;
a hot water bottle!.
Herbal med!(Y)works greatt!. and not like durgs or anything=)
my dr!. put me on the pill!. but that was alot to remember but it did work!.
mhm hot baths help me!. just sitting in bed crying works nicely for me=)
andd i guess most of wat i do is lay in bed!. and sleep the pain away!.
Also a huge pain reliver is any kind of excerise!!
