Question: My belly need to loose it!?
good work out to loose at least 20 pounds,im etaing alot of fruit and vegies but what else do i do to get my belly to be flatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably you need to see a doctor or maybe a nutricionist, because, you eat a lot of healty food, but no necessarily is the best for your body!.
You know, every body is different, in some people eat healty food works really good and loose weight, some times a lot! in other people, do exercise is the response for loose weight, but maybe you need to combine both and have better results!.
Anyway, the best thing you have is see a doctor or a nutricionist!.

stop eating the fruit, most fruit unless you are eating fruit with high amounts of seeds turn into sugar which turns into fat!. Workout wise, I would do a lot of ab work, or attend an ab class a few times then do those workouts at home!. Also squats and lunges help with your rear end!. Watch what you eat and work out every day it will help you tone up and lose weight and if you just want to lose around 20 pounds if you stop drinking any type of carbination you will lose around 10 pounds in about 2 weeks from that alone!. Keep eating the fruits and veggies, they are the best things to eat for weight loss! Join a gym, they will have ab machines there!.!.!.they work great! If you don't have the money for a gym, invest in a yoga ball, they are great too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
