Why am i having all these pains?!


Question: Why am i having all these pains!?
I am a first degree blact belt in tae kwon do and i practice for about 5-7 hours a week!. the problem is, everyday i come home, my muscles, hamstrings, and everything just hurts!. i stretch every time before i train!. why am i having all these problems!? by the way i dont really drink much milk, i dont take any multivitamins, well i will every once in a while, but usually nothing like that!.!.!. im wondering if that may be the problem!. also, why am i getting all these cramps afterward!? remember like i always say in my questions, no links, tell me what im doing wrong, tell me what i should be doing!. details, details!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are not drinking at least 36 oz or more of water a day that could be one of the problems!. But dont drink alot of water right before you do heavy activty such as running or tae kwon do!. Another reason could be the lack of a good multivitamin and if you dont like milk just take calcium supplements!. The person above me is right, potassium will stop most cramps (eat a banana)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

potassium helps with cramping!. eat lots of bananas or other potassium rich foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
