Is there anything I can do to make myself better?!


Question: Is there anything I can do to make myself better!?
I dance All-Star ( dance team ) try-outs Tomorrow from 6-9pm, and I'm scared that I may not make it!. Sunday I had a competition, then Monday during 3rd hour at school I started getting a weird stomach ache, so I skipped dance practice that night, and I was puking ALL night!. Then Tuesday I felt a little better, except my ribs and hips were EXTREMELY soar, I couldn't walk, or concentrate!. Now today I'm feeling alot better, I can walk, eat ( Ive only eaten soup since Monday night ), and I tried stretching today and it wasn't that bad!. I still can't jump around though during normal dance routines!. I Missed school yesterday and today, so I HAVE to go tomorrow or I will probably get in touble ( I missed like 15 days this year ), and I really want to do well at try-outs!. This is my 4th year trying out and I have made it twice!. But were going to Disney World this year for a competition and this is probably my last year of dance because Im doing my high school team!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just get plenty of rest and water in you!. when your sick the best thing to do is sleep the whole day and drink tons of water!. then when you wake up tomorrow you will or should feel a little more recharged and better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
