Question: About birth control - the minipill !?
So I went to the doctor for birth control yesterday and they gave me the choice of taking the minipill or the shot because they cant give me the regular pill because it has estrogen in it and i get migraines with aura!.
Well I choose the minipill and the only downside is that you have to take it at the EXACT same time everyday or it wont work!.
And I didnt want the shot bc even tho its the most effective its causes depression and you gain the most weight!.
or thats what i was told!.
But anyways the question I have is, if anyone has been on the minipill!.!.!.do you like it!? is it hard to remember to take at the same time everyday!? what side effects did you get!?

I'm not on the minipill, but I do have some advice on remembering to take the pill!. Do it when you do something else every day!. For example, I always take mine after I brush my teeth!. I ALWAYS brush my teeth first thing in the morning, so that works out for me!. Just think of something you do in your daily routine that you could combine taking the pill with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
