Question: Kidney infection much!?
i went to the doctor and Found out i have a Kidney infection!. How long will it be till it goes away!? And if i have intercourse with my boyfriend will it make it worse!? the doctor said it is bacteria [Spelled right!?] And If he doesnt wash right wont that Help cause it!? That isnt good!. Kidney infection starts from a urinary tract infection (bladder) which is what you would of been experiencing all your life!. The urinary tract infection is caused by bacteria and left untreated eventually can lead to a kidney infection, by the bacteria moving up to the kidney!. At this stage if you dont get the infection away you can cause great damage to the kidney and possibly cause infection in the blood which will than be all over the body!. Dont stress, do as the dr has told you and you will be fine!. Here are a few other things you can do to help your kidneys
*Take cranberry tablets or sugar free cranberry juice to reduce and help the symptoms of the urinary tract infection!.
* Always wipe from the front to the back after going to the toilet, and go to toilet as soon as you feel you need to!. The longer you wait the more chance for bacteria to grow!.
*Urinate straight away after intercourse to help flush away and bacteria!.
*Wear cotton underwear instead and dont wear tight clothing as this causes heat and is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria!.
*Drink at least 2 L of water a day to help flush the kidneys out and eat as many veggies and fruit and as healthy as you can!.
* Drink teas like cornsilk and marshmallow and eat some celery sticks there all very soothing on the urinary system and kidney!.

Antibiotics will clear it up & if u will goto Walmart or any drug store & get u some pills called "AZO" these will help u keep the infection under control if not gone all together, it helps to drink cranberry juice on a regular basis also!. Sex has nothing to do with getting these but sex can be painful if the infection is really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You kidney infection yes is caused by a bacterium and antibiotics will cure it, also drink lots of water!. You should start to feel better in about 24 hours!. You having intercourse has nothing to do with kidneys or your boyfriend not washing!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
