Question: I'm wondering, can men have a PMS type cycle!?
I am a man that have problems with bloating, cramping, moodiness, sometimes anxiety! It seems to be on a 3 to 4 week cycle!. I'm 50, have notice since teen years, but this past year it is worse than ever before!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sure, men have hormones too that fluctuate the same as women!. i'd talk to your dr!. to have blood taken to check your levels, it's hard to live a happy, healthy life when you feel bad!. good luck, hope you feel like yourself soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I always joke with my guy friends that they still have an X chromosome, so they're prone to half of womens' hormones and cycles too!. It's not uncommon for men to experience changes such as these!. I couldn't name a cause for you, but I can tell you that you're not alone!. i once noticed my boyfriend seemed moody on a cyclical basis so i started marking it on the calender and after a few months there was a definite monthly pattern !.!.!.!.he didn't believe me when i told him until i showed him the calendarWww@Answer-Health@Com
