Answers:
yes you can!. Women's bodies are affected by EVERYTHING! Just remember to keep track of this one inlcluding how heavy for how long, when it started, how long it lasted, the color, etc!. It should stop soon if your body's being affected by stress, or other environmental things!. But if it lasts unusually long, then, there just might be something wrong!. You just might have to go to the doctor, insurance or no insurance, vacation or no vacation!. If you have a feeling somehting is wrong, then follow your instincts and have yourself checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible you can!. There are many factors that effect your cycles!. Stress, changes in your lifestyle, etc!. If you're on vacation , that can be enough change!. My cycles also change when I'm around different women a lot!. So the people you're around on vacation could be effecting your cycle as well!. I wouldn't worry unless you continue bleeding for longer than your normal cycle does last, or if the blood doesn't look like "period" blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friend has the same thing!. It happens to a fair few people!. I wouldnt stress about it too much but yes when you get home it is advisable that you see your doc because if it continues you may need to go onto the pill like my friend, not for pregnancy control but for period control!. She has had inconcistant periods since she got them and has been on the pill for that reason a short time after that!. I think that you are fine you ust have an irregular period and need to see your doc about getting something to control it!. it is perfectly normal!. Rock HardWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is!. Maybe your body just didn't kick it all out last time! Or maybe you had a miscarriage!. if you eat meat form stored the hormones in the meat will cause your periods to be more frequent and heavy, after all the hormones are designed for cows to put on as much weight as possibleWww@Answer-Health@Com

you are fine!. you could be just growing up some more- or stress- or the fact you are in a differet place and not sleepin as good!.

having a lot of sex messes up your PH balance as well!.

No worries!.

If it doesnt stop- then perhaps look INTO seeing a doc or someone you know who is a professional

but in all honesty!.!.!. no worriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.
I've been having the same problem and at one point I was getting it every other week!.

The doctor told there was nothing much he could do and suggested that i should go on the Pill to regulate it, if it was getting too annoying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've experience that before!. Sometimes women spots more than some women after their period, but it's nothing to worry about!. Just drink more water and wear pantyliners!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does seem unusual!.!. but maybe you should talk to a friend or family member!. If your not with any, call someone!.

But maybe its just nothing!.!. you should try and get professional help if it persists
