Question: How do I get rid of my Moobs!?
ok, For those who don't know what Moobs are,, they are Man Boobs

ok,, its a little embarrassing as it is tht I'm asking,, but how do i loose them,,, lol,,, i am laughing right now,,,, I

And I'm pretty sure that this is the first and only time i will want to lose some boobs,,, lol

i hate to sound cliche, but it's true in this case!.

the best thing i can say is find something aerobic you like to do!. being it running outside, biking, or swimming!. The only way to lose fat is to burn it!.
eat right, and drink lots of water!.
it will take 8-10 weeks before you see any real results!.
Don't give it, and don't worry if you don't see any results at first!. The best way to see results is keep track of your resting heart rate!. Go to walmart, or something where they have a machine that will give your heart beat!. Make sure your calm, and haven't done much excerise!. Do it once a week, you'll notice your pulse go lower and lower!. Your going to see the quickest results with your heart muscle, then the rest of your body!.

Well when men are younger they produce estrogen, which is a female hormone!. Sometimes this can result in a little extra breast tissue for them!. A lot of the time this goes away with age for guys, but sometimes it doesn't!. You could try to exercise that area to reduce fat cells if it's more of a fat problem than actual breast tissue!. Otherwise there is surgery you can get which can get rid of the breast tissue!. You'd have to see your doctor for this though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your hormones and bones are growing fast! Proper exercise and weightlifting and running and all types of exercise helps! Do npt ear fast food or fat food, Eat a healthy diet, This is a common problem in American guys and teenage guys all over the world as you are growing till you are in your twenties!.!.!.Try to walk, run, an exercise every day an watch your diet!
