Question: Q for girls!?
Do you ever have days when you feel totally self-concious and you just feel like hiding away from the rest of the world!?!?

Yes i do I have days where my makeup, hair, body and everything just doesnt look good to me!. I dont even feel like getting ready when i have a day like that i just want to stay in my pajamas all day lol!. Usually to make myself feel better i will wear my favorite outfit and blar really good music that makes me feel good while im getting ready!.

Ha, good old fat days =]

Me and my friends have called them fat days for as long as i can remember - you wake up and everythings wrong, you feel ugly and stupid and just generally really low!.!. sucks doesnt it!?

What I've learnt to do is to keep aside certain things to cheer me up!. I'll go have a nice, hot shower, and use my best body lotion or some really nice perfume!. Then i'll make myself a good meal, sweet things are always good, and suprisingly, fruit cheers you up no end, especially bananas - all the sugar i guess!. Put on some clothes that you feel great in and just do your best to cheer yourself up!. Set some little goals, like, i'll finish x amount of work by 11am or something!. When you acheive them, it makes you feel better, no matter how silly it is =]

Just try not to let it ruin your day - and i swear, if you tell any girl that you're having a fat day, they'll know exactly what you mean =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i just get my oldest teddy (which i had when i was 5 months old) and i hug it real tight, and even though this sounds lame, but i tell it all my problems!. lol ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I do feel like that very often but the same moment I think!.!.!.!.why, I am not a wierd creature!. So why to feel down on myself!.!.!.!.so it goes on like that and I just try to forget the feeling by finding something else to indulge in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I definitely do!. When I get like that I like to talk to my mom, watch a movie or read a really good book!. Also during the movie or book, it helps to have a favourite tasty treat!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think everyone has had those days!. I feel like that a lot!. Calling up a friend or talking to someone close to you helps, or a big bowl of ice cream!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd have a cold shower then eat n then sleep for anotha 2 hours then get up and see if i feel ne better!.
