Question: How do you deal with these kinda days!?
days when you feel down and just!.!.!.!.!.!.!.blaaaaah!.!.!.!.!.!.no words for it but you know the feeling!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

CRY!.!.!.!.and cry!.!.!.Mostly cry of heart!.!.!.really painful(crying inside, no one can listen the sound but the feeling hurts really bad)!.!.!.I sometimes write in my diary, look to the sky, to the moon, to the stars, sometimes the dark sky with clouds!.


also fresh air, cold breez makes me feel better, the best is standing in the cold windy night in balcony that makes the face skin feel like being peeled!.

Not to forget of course,!.!.!.!.!.I just remember my friends among them the Best one the Only One that I feel proud having, is Allah my Only Best Friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, sometimes just letting it out until you can't cry anymore, helps!. Either the weather outside or the time of month is what is probably affecting your mood, unless something upset you!.

Or you can also talk about it with a friend or your partner, get comfort or go out!. Sitting around thinking about how bummed out you are will make it worse!.

This coming from someone who's felt the same alot of times!. I usually just deal with it, there's not much you can do but it does help to get up and do something to get your mind off, nothing and boredum!.

Might just be the joys of your menstrual cycle and mood swings!. Although some guys do get the same feeling from time to time!. It's just in our human nature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get out amongst others and other things will occupy your thoughts!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.easier said than done but if you can it usually helps!. If you just haven't got that self motivation then really I think nothing in the world really helps!. I've been there and feel soooooooo bad as you try to think how fortunate you are, all the suffering that's going on in the world and much as you know it's selfish nothing is as important as you are feeling!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.right!? It's a horrible feeling, sometimes it just suddenly lifts but if this really goes on for awhile you are better seeing your GP!. I am not meaning that I think you are deeply depressed but don't let days like this become frequent or go on indefinitely!. The more of a grip this gets on you the harder it is to lift!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im totally having one of those days! Im not dealing with it very well actually!. Im just looking forward to 4pm so I can go home to my fiance and cook a good meal!. Cooking always makes me feel better! Good Luck, maybe a better tomorrow for both of us!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hugs, showers/baths, a night in watchy a soppy romance or girly film and some chocolate!.
Getting changed into your pyjamas and eating a whole pizza!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A nice candle lit bubble bath and a glass of wine, Then moisturise yourself with some nice products then you'll feel lovely again - Works for me! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

phone a friend, stay in duvet eat loads of chocolate or toast and wait til it goes away oh and a long bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
